The neck

Okay, it’s been more than a week and my neck stil hurts. WTF?!?

Ramp

For some reason, Tuesday afternoon I ended up in Long Branch on the beach for four hours totally bored out of my mind. There probably is a redeeming part of the trip, just that I’m not aware of it.

So I ended up not going to the NYC*BUG meeting today since I got to New York a hour late. I’ve now realized why I never take the bus to New York. The only redeeming fact about the bus ride to New York is that I didn’t pay for it.

I sent out an email concerning a student programming position upstairs (I’m speaking from an ops point-of-view) in January. I didn’t hear back until last week which resulted in an interview last Monday which resulted in a programming job for the summer with OSS. I will need to leave Operations for the summer at minimum, or forever if I get it permenantly (most likely). The reedeming part of this is that I get my own desk and get to have a sleep schedule again.

For some reason I’m not at ease with most everything happening in my life right now. I have no idea why. And my neck and upper body have been hurting for the past week.

I feel like doing something tomorrow. There is also a NYC*BUG meeting tomorrow. Anyone want to go?
