So I got wished a happy birthday three times before going to class (in a variety of means). This tops the three total from last year (facebook helps a lot with birthday reminders). The rest of the day was pretty normal, well, except for the sister going to the hospital part (maybe another time). I don’t really like making a big deal out of my birthday, so I’ll leave it at that

Finally got the air conditioning unit in. Woo.
Fyi, the bites are getting smaller.
I have a grand total of three mosquito bite (1 on my left hand and 2 on my left leg, I think). Argh.
Sorry for the lack of posts, been busy lately (and I don’t have the time during work like I didn’t with Operations).
Insert some rambling on how I feel crappy now here.
So this week was filled with stuff. There was the continuing with the job that I still have no idea what to do, but have been given a project. Getting used to the job was not helped by the fact that I only went to work once this week, because of the holiday, moving in, and meeting up with a friend that I won’t see for another seven months.
That was a nice segway into mentioning that I went to JFK airport on Thursday. It takes two hours to get there from New Brunswick, although it didn’t feel like it (certainly went faster). I felt I really need to see J before he left, altough it really doesn’t feel like he was about to get on a flight to Rome which was followed by another flight to Cairo. Considering that he IMed me two days later (today), it feels like he still is in Mahwah.
Then there was the move in, that’s still taking place. It’s slow, just like I though it would be. All I really need is books, a bed, and maybe a desk. I have books and plans for a bed; desk is still in the works. Oh yeah, I need clothes.
There is class, which started at eight in the morning on Tuesday (the word “rough” comes to mind). Yeah, I should do work for that tomorrow.
It’s June. It’s hot.
